Quick background – we had all planned to go to Pune for the weekend and in anticiapation taken Friday off. To our dissapointment, on Wednesday we heard that our Pune trip was hijacked by the senior citizens & we wouldn’t be going after all. Post multiple levels of mental mustarbation, we were clear that the Party was going to happen and that we were gonna have a super time at Peddar road (in-laws house) which was going to be empty for the next few days. Important note: the inlaws had hijacked the Pune trip!

Budweiser Strong Magnum
So Thursday evening’s when the party began: in-laws place with Kingfisher Strong and lots of fun! We also called Aashay in Pune and & asked him to get to Bombay ASAP. He agreed to come on Friday so that was sorted. Also then we decided to smoke up which was totally insane. Post being ravenously hungry we devoured some awesome pasta & roasted potato mash made by the lovely Mrs. It was also clearly decided that we were going to be at peddar road for the next 2 days for which we needed supplies. Multiple lists were made basis food & alcohol, the same was ordered from Godrej Natures Basket. Food consisted of Meat, Cold Cuts & Mince; the Alco had Budweiser Red, Magnum, Murphy’s Stout & also Stella, and some Sula wine as well. We also had Royal Salute Whiskey & Grey Goose at home so then we were sorted for the next 2 days.

Friday morning began with getting supplies home and also consuming the same :-). Lunch was ordered from Mumbai Kitchen, which was spectacular! On the order there was Chicken, Steak, Burgers & Hot Dogs. By evening Aashay & his cousin, Aniruddh, were in and that’s when the party kicked into topgear. We also went and ordered a bottle of Teachers as we didn’t want the Royal Salute to get over during our binge sessions. Also need to add here that one of our friends bunked work half day and joined us for lunch and general chilling through the day. One of the best days ever! So much catching up with everyone, at the same time everyone piss drunk and crazy amounts of fun!
Saturday morning with Ekta & Goo (Goo’s the Royal Enfield Classic bike owned by Ekta)…… actually Friday & Saturday morning we were on the bike cruising past Nariman point, Marine drive also covered Worli Seaface. Post that, on Saturday went to meet Chottubhai to get some minor tweaks done on the bike. This is the moment we stumbled on the picture for a D-grade movie…..so took a picture for the blog……….. thought it was damn funny! Got home post that & devoured some brilliant Chicken Kheema Rolls, Bacon & Churizo Ham made by Rachita, then the drinking continued in the afternoon. Aashay, Ekta & me made a ginger, apple, lemon flavored vodka cocktail in a pitcher (actually Aashay made it) went through that, then decided to have a vodka chilli shot which had Ekta & Aashay running around the room in a frenzy! Evening continued in a super duper chilled zone with everyone and we ordered in Pizzas so life was like totally sorted. Post dinner & general zoning went home & crashed. We also made our own home made Bong which was the Ulti Baka moment…… actually Ekta made the Bong so it was Ulti Bakudi moment…

Bike Ride View!
Sunday morning went on a bike ride past the lanes in my area and across chowpatty, then went to Peddar Road to clean up the place considering the in-laws were going to be back; so went there, sorted a bit of it and decided to move the party to my residence. Waffles were eaten for lunch, post which Aashay & Aniruddh left for Pune & the rest of us decided to watch movies. Please note we were smoking up through the day I mean that was kinda “obvio buddy”. So the 1st movie we saw was the sequel to Pirahana 3D, Pirahana 2 in 3 D which featured a generous amount of Boobs and was like a lot of fun. Then we watched This Means War which was a chick flick with a FBI secret agent love triangle angle, post which we watched 21 Jump Street which was a fun movie. For dinner Cold Cuts – Turkey & Ham Sandwiches which were out of this world. Finally ended the day with a super dessert by Rachita and watching a couple of episodes of Supernatural.
This extended weekend was probably one of the greatest times we all had and will never forget. The usual Suspects – Vishal, Rachita, Ekta, Mihir, Yooti, Aashay, Aniruddh & Anu! Ulti fun people… We so need to do this again, like Defo Dude!!!
